Stuart is the Principal and founder of the Firm. He became an Executive Search Consultant in 1987, after seventeen years in sales and marketing management in the consumer packaged goods industry. As a partner with a Toronto executive search firm for almost five years, Stuart developed long-standing relationships with a wide variety of clients, ranging from some of Canada's largest corporations to young developing companies in need of management reinforcement.

Stuart has a history of success in recruiting for particularly demanding assignments. His analytical approach provides clients with a customized market assessment and selectively identifies high-end candidates. He takes his commitment to clients as absolute, therefore requiring his personal involvement in both the recruiting and evaluating of candidates.
